A camera can be placed in any room where much of the day is spent and you can then look in on them - live - at anytime without bothering

Email with photo attachments can also be sent at intervals during a pre-defined time period. For example, if you know that your folks always
watch a certain television show each day, the system can be set to send email at one-minute intervals for any portion of the show's time period.
